Located on Plantation Road in the heart of old Wanaka, the Park House is a stunning residential project by Dunlop Builders, where BTP Painters and Decorators brought their expertise to a timber-rich design that exudes tranquillity.
This home features an abundance of birch timber throughout the interior, creating a calm, zen-like atmosphere. BTP used Resene’s Aquaclear product to give the birch a beautiful, natural finish. Light-coloured walls complement the timber and make it pop. This design, which includes a dedicated yoga room, creates a sanctuary feel.
Outside, the cedar cladding was finished with Dryden’s Woodsman oil, providing both protection and enhancing the wood’s natural beauty. The birch soffits blend the exterior and interior seamlessly. With a perfect balance of natural materials and carefully selected finishes, Park House is a testament to BTP’s ability to help create a cohesive space.
